When Does Pre-Owned Make Sense?

When the budget is tight and the layout is set. We value-engineer the specification first; when that is not enough, pre-owned pieces from our 28,000 square foot Columbus warehouse fill the gap without changing the design. Every piece is graded before it hits the floor: Grade A looks nearly new, Grade B has light wear, and As-Is means just what it says and is priced that way.

Casters, gas cylinders, arm pads and seat foam get replaced when worn. Grade A and B pieces carry a 1-year mechanical warranty, in writing.
