How We Grade Every Piece

"Used" means somebody owned it first. Minor scuffs and dings are normal, and we tell you about them before you buy. Here is the scale.

Grade A

Looks nearly new. Cleaned, inspected, worn parts replaced. You would have to hunt for the flaw.

Grade B

Light wear you'll stop noticing in a week. A scuffed base, a faded panel edge. Fully functional, priced to match.

As-Is

Just what it says. Cosmetic wear or a known quirk, disclosed up front, at the lowest price on the floor.

Grade A and Grade B pieces carry a one-year mechanical warranty, in writing.

Used Desk Questions We Hear a Lot

How much do used office desks cost?
Most used desks run $250 to $600; executive suites $900 to $1,500. Matching sets for a whole team are where used pricing gets dramatic.
Can I get twenty matching desks?
Usually, yes. Office liquidations come in by the floor-full, so matched batches of 10 to 50 are normal. Call for what's on the floor this week.
How long does it take to get used desks delivered?
In-stock desks can be at your building within 24 hours, and most orders go out within the week. Because used inventory moves, we hold what you've picked once you confirm rather than assuming it'll still be there on delivery day.
What condition are used desks in?
Every desk is graded. Grade A looks nearly new with no visible wear. Grade B has light scuffs you'd notice only up close. Grade C is honestly worn and priced accordingly. We photograph the actual piece, not a catalog stand-in.
Do used desks come with a warranty?
Yes, one year on structure and moving parts, including drawer slides and locks. Cosmetic condition is graded and disclosed instead. If a pedestal slide fails inside the year, we repair it or swap the pedestal.
Can I see used desks in person in Columbus?
Yes. Our 28,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse on Alum Industrial Drive has used desks set up so you can open the drawers and check the finish in daylight. Photos flatten scratches; a walk through the warehouse doesn't.
Are used sit-stand desks worth buying?
If the base is a known commercial brand and the motor runs smoothly through its full travel, yes, and the savings are significant. We test every lift base before it goes on the floor. Cheap consumer bases with worn gears we don't resell at all.
Do you deliver and install used desks in central Ohio?
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets, and levels desks across Columbus and the surrounding communities, and hauls away your old desks on the same trip if you'd like. Installation is quoted with the furniture rather than added afterward.
