How We Grade Every Piece

"Used" means somebody owned it first. Minor scuffs and dings are normal, and we tell you about them before you buy. Here is the scale.

Grade A

Looks nearly new. Cleaned, inspected, worn parts replaced. You would have to hunt for the flaw.

Grade B

Light wear you'll stop noticing in a week. A scuffed base, a faded panel edge. Fully functional, priced to match.

As-Is

Just what it says. Cosmetic wear or a known quirk, disclosed up front, at the lowest price on the floor.

Grade A and Grade B pieces carry a one-year mechanical warranty, in writing.

Used Conference Table Questions We Hear a Lot

Will a used table fit my room?
Same rule as new: room length minus six feet is your longest workable table. Send room dimensions and we'll tell you what's on the floor that fits.
Can you deliver a 12-foot table in one piece?
We deliver and assemble it on site: tops split for transport and rejoin invisibly. That's why conference tables are a delivery-crew job, not a rental-truck job.
How much does a used conference table cost?
An eight-foot used table runs $350 to $900. A twelve-foot veneer table with power runs $1,200 to $3,000. That's typically a third to a half of new, and conference tables get light use, so condition is usually better than the age suggests.
How fast can I get a used conference table?
In-stock tables can be delivered within a few days. Conference tables move slowly through the warehouse compared to chairs, so what you see today is usually still there next week, but we'll hold a table once you confirm.
What should I inspect on a used conference table?
The edge banding, the seams between top sections, and the base connection. Edge lift and a loose seam are the two things that make a table read as old from across the room. Surface scratches sand and refinish; a delaminated edge usually doesn't.
Can a used table have power added?
Usually yes. We can cut and install grommets with power and data modules into most laminate and veneer tops. It runs $200 to $600 per module including labor, and it's often the difference between a used table working and not working for your room.
Do used conference tables come with a warranty?
Yes, one year on structure, base, and any hardware we install. Cosmetic condition is graded and photographed up front. If a base connection loosens or a leveler fails inside the year, we take care of it.
Can you take our old conference table away?
Yes, on the same trip. If your old table is a commercial line in good shape, we may be able to credit it against the new one. If it isn't, we'll recycle or donate it. Either way it doesn't end up in your parking lot.
