A brand-new health and rehabilitation facility with 99 private resident rooms, a salon, a dining room, a physical therapy wing, staff lounge, training and conference rooms and private offices, furnished by Capital Choice for Foundations Health, which operates more than 60 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio.

Resident-room, dining, lounge and office furniture for the whole building, delivered and installed by our own crew on the construction schedule.
