Cubicle systems come apart and go back together with the panels in the right order and the power still working. Conference tables, reception desks, file rooms full of loaded laterals. We've moved all of it.

Because we sell and install furniture every day, the crew that moves you can also fix what the old office did wrong: better layout, fewer stations, or an upgrade to used Herman Miller while everything is already on a truck.

And whatever doesn't make the trip, we decommission: resold, donated, or recycled, with haul-away included.

Moving Questions We Hear a Lot

How much does an office move cost?

A 20-person office moving across Columbus typically runs $4,000 to $9,000, depending on furniture type and building access. Cubicle teardown and rebuild is the biggest variable. The walkthrough gets you a firm number, not an estimate.

Can you move us over a weekend?

That's how most of our moves run. Crews start Friday evening, and the office is working by Monday. Larger moves get phased over two weekends.

What about the furniture we're not taking?

We decommission it: resell, donate, or recycle, with haul-away included, and documentation for your landlord.

How much notice do you need for an office move?

Four to six weeks is comfortable for a 20 to 50-person move. We've turned around smaller moves in a week when a lease forced it. The earlier you call, the more options you have on dates, and weekend dates go first.

Do you move computers and files?

We move furniture, monitors, and packed contents. We ask your IT team to disconnect and reconnect equipment, and we provide crates and labels for files and personal items. Everything gets labeled by destination before it goes on the truck.

Are you insured for office moves?

Yes, we carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we'll send certificates directly to your building management. Most Columbus office buildings require a COI on file before a crew can use the freight elevator, so we handle that ahead of the date.

What happens if the new space isn't ready?

We store your furniture in our Columbus warehouse until it is. It happens more often than anyone expects, usually because of a punch list or a certificate of occupancy. Building that possibility into the plan from day one costs nothing; scrambling for it does.

Do you move offices outside Columbus?

Yes, throughout central Ohio and beyond for larger relocations. Local moves inside Franklin County are typically a single day. Longer hauls get planned around truck loads and building access at both ends.
