How many tables fit in my training room?
Rule of thumb: 25 square feet per person classroom-style. Send the room size and headcount and we'll send a layout for rows, pods, and U-shape.
How much do training tables cost?
A 60-inch flip-top training table on casters runs $350 to $700 new. Heavier commercial models with steel frames run $700 to $1,200. Used flip-tops in good working order typically land between $125 and $300, and the mechanism is the part to inspect.
What size training table should I buy?
A 60-inch by 24-inch table seats two comfortably and is the most common choice. Go 72 inches if people need laptops plus paperwork. Depth matters more than length: 18-inch tables feel cramped the moment anyone opens a binder.
Do training tables come with casters?
Most do, and we'd recommend them. Casters plus a flip-top mean one person can reconfigure a room in ten minutes and nest the tables against a wall afterward. Look for locking casters on at least two corners so the tables stay put once they're set.
How fast can you get training tables to us?
In-stock tables go out in 24 hours or less. New special orders run four to six weeks. Training rooms are usually tied to a start date for a class or a new hire group, so tell us the date and we'll work backward from it.
Do you sell matching nesting chairs and carts?
Yes. Stacking and nesting chairs, chair carts, mobile lecterns, and markerboards all come from the same lines, so finishes match. A chair cart is worth the money in any room that changes configuration more than once a week.
