How We Grade Every Piece

"Used" means somebody owned it first. Minor scuffs and dings are normal, and we tell you about them before you buy. Here is the scale.

Grade A

Looks nearly new. Cleaned, inspected, worn parts replaced. You would have to hunt for the flaw.

Grade B

Light wear you'll stop noticing in a week. A scuffed base, a faded panel edge. Fully functional, priced to match.

As-Is

Just what it says. Cosmetic wear or a known quirk, disclosed up front, at the lowest price on the floor.

Grade A and Grade B pieces carry a one-year mechanical warranty, in writing.

Used Cubicle Questions We Hear a Lot

Do used cubicles include installation?
Our quotes are installed prices: delivery, assembly, leveling, and power testing by our own crews. The price table above reflects furniture only; ask for the installed number for your count.
Can you match my existing system?
Usually. Give us the manufacturer and panel size, or send photos. Matching used panels for Answer, Canvas, and Premise come through constantly.
How much do used cubicles cost?
A used 6x6 station typically runs $900 to $1,400 installed against $1,400 to $2,400 new. Used 5x5 call center stations run $600 to $900. Price varies with panel height, whether the run is powered, and how complete the sets are.
How fast can used cubicles be installed?
Often within one to two weeks, against six to ten weeks for new. That speed is the main reason people choose used. Once you confirm, we hold the inventory, schedule the crew, and set roughly 10 to 15 stations a day.
What condition are used cubicles in?
Every station is graded. Panels are inspected for fabric wear, dents, and clean connections; worksurfaces for edge lift and scratches. We replace connectors and hardware as needed and photograph the actual inventory rather than a catalog image.
Do used cubicles come with power?
Many do. Powered base panels come through regularly, and we can mix powered bases into a run of non-powered panels as long as the system matches. We'll confirm the electrical configuration before you buy so there are no surprises at install.
Do used cubicles come with a warranty?
Yes, one year on panels, connectors, worksurfaces, and hardware, plus our installation. Cosmetic condition is graded and disclosed. If a connector or a worksurface bracket fails inside the year, we come out and fix it.
Can you install after hours so we don't lose a workday?
Yes. Evening and weekend installs are common on occupied floors, and we can phase the work so half the office stays live. It costs more in labor and saves more in downtime. Tell us your go-live date and we'll build the schedule backward from it.
