How We Grade Every Piece

"Used" means somebody owned it first. Minor scuffs and dings are normal, and we tell you about them before you buy. Here is the scale.

Grade A

Looks nearly new. Cleaned, inspected, worn parts replaced. You would have to hunt for the flaw.

Grade B

Light wear you'll stop noticing in a week. A scuffed base, a faded panel edge. Fully functional, priced to match.

As-Is

Just what it says. Cosmetic wear or a known quirk, disclosed up front, at the lowest price on the floor.

What we refurbish

Casters, gas cylinders, arm pads, and seat foam get replaced when worn. Fabric is cleaned, and reupholstery is available on request.

Our warranty, in writing

Every Grade A and Grade B piece carries a one-year mechanical warranty. If a cylinder or mechanism fails, we fix or replace it. As-Is pieces are priced accordingly and sold as marked.
