Every used piece is cleaned, inspected, and graded before it goes on the floor. Grade A looks nearly new. Grade B has light wear you will stop noticing in a week. As-Is means just what it says, and we price it that way.

How does a used Aeron compare to a new one?
Mechanically the same chair. An Aeron is built for well over a decade of daily use, so a lease-return unit has most of its life ahead of it. What you give up is the original box and a factory warranty, and we cover the mechanics for a year instead.
What size Aerons do you stock?
Mostly size B, the mid size that fits most people. If you need an A or a C, call 614.332.1828 and we will check the warehouse before you drive over.
What does Grade A mean on a used piece?
Grade A is our top tier. It was cleaned, inspected, and any worn part replaced before it went on the floor. Expect a faint scuff at most, and we photograph anything more than that before you buy.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. The showroom at 1517 Alum Industrial Dr N in Columbus is open weekdays 9AM to 5PM. Call 614.332.1828 first and we will tell you what is on the floor that day.
Do you deliver and install?
Our own crews deliver across Central Ohio, usually 3 to 5 business days on in-stock items. Installation is quoted with the furniture, so you get one number for the whole job.
