Is a used Steelcase Leap V2 worth it?
The Leap V2 is built for 10+ years of daily use, and most of ours come off 3-to-5-year corporate leases. At $340 versus $1,100 new, you get the same adjustability and warranty-backed mechanics for about a third of the price.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
Mechanical function: the gas cylinder, recline mechanism, arm adjustments and casters. If any of it stops working within a year, we repair or replace it. Cosmetic wear disclosed at purchase isn't a defect.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more chairs get volume pricing, and we pull from matching stock so the whole order arrives uniform. Ask when you request your quote.
Can I try it before I buy?
