Every used piece is cleaned, inspected, and graded before it goes on the floor. Grade A looks nearly new. Grade B has light wear you will stop noticing in a week. As-Is means just what it says, and we price it that way.

What does the grade on this chair mean?

Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Grade A and Grade B piece carries a one-year mechanical warranty, in writing. If a cylinder, mechanism, or caster stops working within a year, we repair or replace it.
How fast can I get it?
In-stock items deliver in 3 to 5 business days anywhere in Central Ohio. Need more than we show? Tell us your timeline and we'll source them.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more get volume pricing, and we pull from matching stock so the whole order arrives uniform. Ask when you request your quote.
