How We Grade Used Furniture
Every used piece is cleaned, inspected, and graded before it goes on the floor. Grade A looks nearly new. Grade B has light wear you will stop noticing in a week. As-Is means just what it says, and we price it that way.

Letter or legal?
Most of these take either, with the rails adjusted. Tell us which you use and we will set them before delivery.
Do they lock?
Most do, and we confirm keys are present before a cabinet goes out. If a key is missing we say so up front.
What does Grade A mean on a used piece?
Grade A is our top tier. It was cleaned, inspected, and any worn part replaced before it went on the floor. Expect a faint scuff at most, and we photograph anything more than that before you buy.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. The showroom at 1517 Alum Industrial Dr N in Columbus is open weekdays 9AM to 5PM. Call 614.332.1828 first and we will tell you what is on the floor that day.
Do you deliver and install?
Our own crews deliver across Central Ohio, usually 3 to 5 business days on in-stock items. Installation is quoted with the furniture, so you get one number for the whole job.
