What do private office cubicles cost?

Typically $3,200 to $5,800 per office new, depending on size, glass, and power, or $1,900 to $3,400 used. Drywall construction for the same footprint usually starts at $8,000 per office before HVAC.

Can they be moved after install?

Yes. That's the argument: reconfigure the row, shrink it, or take it to the next building. We handle every reconfiguration.

How long does it take to get private office cubicles?

New systems run six to ten weeks from order. Used private-office-style stations show up in our Columbus warehouse regularly and can be installed within a week or two. Ask what's on the floor before you commit to a lead time you don't need.

How big should a private office cubicle be?

8x8 is the common starting point and 8x10 reads as a real office. Below 8x8 you can't fit a guest chair and a work surface without it feeling tight. If the person takes meetings at their desk, go to 10x10.

Do private office cubicles have ceilings?

Most don't, and that's the main difference from a built office. Some systems offer a partial or full ceiling panel, which improves acoustics and lets you add task lighting. A ceiling may also change how your building official treats sprinklers, so we check that first.

How do private office cubicles compare to building walls?
