The density sweet spot
Roughly 85 to 100 square feet per person once you add walkways. We plan the whole floor, not just the cube.
New or used
New in your exact fabric, or used Steelcase, Herman Miller and Haworth 6x6 systems at 35 to 60% off.

LineLowHigh
Full range, every line at its limit

This is an estimate, not a quote. The headline number is the band most projects land in. The table below shows the full range, which assumes every single line hits its cheapest or its priciest at the same time. That almost never happens. Ranges come from published 2026 industry pricing. Your real number depends on your building, your layout, and what sits in our warehouse the week you buy.

Not included: delivery, removal of existing furniture, electrical work by a licensed electrician, after-hours or weekend labor, and buildings without a freight elevator. Each of those adds cost. We price them line by line so you see them.

Comparing Cubicle Types?

Panel height and footprint are the two decisions that drive everything else. Here is the rest of the range.

Call Center Cubicles
Dense, quiet, powered stations built for agents on the phone all day.
High Wall Cubicles
65 inches and up. Complete seated privacy and real acoustic separation.
Low Wall Cubicles
39 to 47 inches. Open sightlines and the most natural light per dollar.
Cubicles With Doors
A private office without the construction. Sliding or hinged door.
Private Office Cubicles
8x8 and larger. The look of an office, movable at lease end.

6x6 Cubicle Questions We Hear a Lot

How many 6x6 cubicles fit in my office?
Divide usable square footage by about 90. A 5,000 sq ft floor holds roughly 55 stations with proper aisles and egress. Send the floor plan for an exact count.
What panel height should I pick?
53 inches is the 6x6 standard: seated privacy, standing sightlines. Go 65-inch where calls are confidential.
How much does a 6x6 cubicle cost?
A new 6x6 station typically runs $1,400 to $2,400 installed, depending on panel height, worksurface material, and whether it's powered. Comparable used stations run $900 to $1,400. The price per station drops as the count goes up because installation gets more efficient.
How long does it take to install 6x6 cubicles?
A crew of three can set roughly 10 to 15 stations a day once the floor is clear. A 30-station run is typically two to three days. We'll work evenings or weekends if your team needs the space during business hours.
Do 6x6 cubicles come with power and data?
Powered panels are available on most systems and are worth it if you're not near floor boxes. A powered base feeds duplex receptacles at worksurface height and daisy-chains from station to station. Data runs alongside in the same raceway. An electrician makes the final building connection.
How much worksurface does a 6x6 station actually give you?
Usually 30 to 34 linear inches on two sides, so an L-shape of about 11 to 12 square feet. That's enough for dual monitors and a keyboard tray with room to write. It's the smallest footprint most people call comfortable for full-time desk work.
Can 6x6 cubicles be reconfigured later?
Yes, that's the point of a panel system. Panels come apart, worksurfaces move, and you can go from 6x6 to 6x8 or split a run into benching. Keep your original parts list; matching panels years later is far easier when we know the system and finish.
Do you deliver 6x6 cubicles outside Columbus?
Yes. We deliver and install throughout central Ohio, including Dublin, Westerville, Hilliard, Grove City, Newark, and Delaware, and we go farther for larger projects. Tell us the address and the loading situation and we'll quote the whole job, freight included.
