What does a call center station cost?

New runs $950 to $1,600 per station installed; used comparable stations run $500 to $900. At 50+ stations, used systems save serious money.

How fast can you outfit 60 seats?

Used systems in stock: on your floor in about a week, installed over a weekend. New systems: 4 to 8 weeks depending on the line.

What panel height works best for a call center?

Most call centers land on 47 or 53 inches. That's tall enough to block line of sight when seated and cut some cross-talk, but low enough that supervisors can see the floor. Going to 65 inches quiets the room further but makes it feel like a maze.

How small can a call center station be?

4x4 is the practical floor, and 5x5 is more livable. At 4x4 you get about 24 inches of usable worksurface, which fits a monitor, a keyboard, and a headset and not much else. If agents work long shifts, the extra foot pays for itself in turnover.

How do you cut noise in a call center?

Fabric-wrapped acoustic panels do most of the work, and panel height matters more than material. After that it's ceiling tile, carpet, and spacing. Hard floors and drywall bounce everything back. We'll walk the space and tell you where the noise is actually coming from.

Do call center cubicles come with power and data?

Powered panels are close to mandatory at this density. Each station needs at least two outlets plus data, and running that from wall outlets means cords across walkways. Powered bases daisy-chain the run and keep everything in the raceway.

Can I get used call center cubicles?

Often, yes. Call center layouts turn over frequently, so 4x4 and 5x5 stations come through our warehouse in volume and in matching sets. A used 60-seat floor at $600 to $900 a station is one of the best values we sell.

Do you install call center floors in Columbus?

Yes, with our own crew across Columbus and central Ohio. We'll phase the install so part of the floor stays live if you can't go dark, and we can work nights and weekends. Give us the go-live date and we'll build the schedule backward from it.
