Used Panel Questions We Hear a Lot

Will used panels match my existing cubicles?
If we can match the system and height, yes. Send a photo of the manufacturer tag and the fabric, and we'll confirm the match before you buy. Exact fabric dye lots vary; we tell you when they do.
What condition are used partition panels in?
Grade A by default: cleaned fabric, straight frames, working connectors. Panels with honest wear are graded and priced down accordingly, and every flaw gets photographed.
How many used panels do you have in stock?
It changes weekly as decommission projects come through. Tell us the system, height, and count you need, and we'll check the floor and tell you today.
Can I buy just one replacement panel?
Yes. Single replacement panels are one of the most common used purchases we handle. One damaged panel should not cost you a whole new run.
How much do used cubicle panels cost?
Used panels run $50 to $175 each depending on height, width, and whether they're powered. New equivalents run $150 to $500. Powered base panels sit at the top of the used range because they're the hardest to source.
How fast can I get used panels?
In-stock panels can go out within a day or two, which is the whole argument for used when you've got a damaged run. New replacement panels take four to eight weeks and discontinued finishes may not be available at all.
Do used panels come with a warranty?
Yes, one year on the panel frame, the connectors, and any electrical components. Fabric condition is graded and photographed instead. If you're matching an existing run, we'll send a photo of the actual panel before it ships.
Can I pick up used panels in Columbus?
Yes. For small quantities you're welcome to collect them at our warehouse on Alum Industrial Drive and we'll help you load. For a full run, we deliver and install across Columbus and central Ohio.
