Dock times, elevator reservations and certificates of insurance are handled with your building before the truck rolls. Occupied office? We install nights and weekends, and many of our Columbus installs run Friday night into Saturday so your team walks into a finished floor on Monday.
Reconfigurations, Additions and Moves
Growing, or changing how a floor works? We reconfigure systems we installed, add stations to an existing layout, and take down and reinstall furniture when you relocate. Have furniture from somewhere else? Send photos and counts and we will review it case by case.
Done Right Before We Call It Done
Panels plumb, work surfaces level, power tested at every station, packaging hauled away and a walkthrough with you before the crew leaves. Everything is received and inspected at our warehouse first, and if a piece is damaged we file the claim and order the replacement.
The Last Step of the Whole Project
Installation finishes a project we run from design to punch list: space planning and 3D renderings, each piece specified from 160+ manufacturer lines, and receiving and staging in our 28,000 sq ft Columbus warehouse so nothing arrives before the floor is ready.

How much does office furniture installation cost?
Delivery and installation typically run 8 to 15 percent of the furniture cost, and we quote them with the order rather than adding them later. Difficult access, after-hours work and long hauls move that number, and you see the figure before you sign.
Do you install furniture we bought somewhere else?
We install the furniture we sell, which is how we stand behind the result. If you have furniture from somewhere else, send photos and counts and we will review it case by case.
How long does an office furniture installation take?
It depends on the size of the floor and the building access, and you get the install schedule with the quote. Larger occupied floors are usually phased so people keep working, and many of our Columbus installs run Friday night into Saturday.
Can you install after hours or on weekends?
Yes, and for occupied offices it is usually the right call. Evening and weekend installs cost more in labor but cost you nothing in downtime.
Do you install outside Columbus?
Yes. We install throughout central Ohio, including Dublin, Westerville, Grove City, Hilliard, Gahanna, New Albany, Delaware, Newark and Lancaster, and we travel for larger multi-site projects.
Do you take the packaging away?
Yes. Cartons, pallets and shrink wrap leave with the crew. If you are replacing furniture, we can clear the old pieces on the same project.
