Information you give us

We collect information you choose to provide when you fill in a form on this site or contact us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, project details, timeline and budget range, files you upload (for example floor plans or photos), items you add to a quote list, event RSVPs, warranty registrations, and answers to customer satisfaction surveys. If you start filling in a quote or contact form, enter your email address, and leave the page without sending it, we keep what you typed so that we can follow up with you; sending the form later replaces that saved copy. We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes, plan and deliver projects, provide service and warranty support, and, where a form says so, to add you to our mailing list. We do not use it for other purposes without your permission.

Information we collect automatically

We run our own analytics on this site so we can understand how it is used and improve it. When you visit, our systems record:

• the pages you view and the order you view them in;
• how long each page is visible on your screen;
• the page or site that referred you to us and any campaign tags in the link you clicked;
• your device type (phone or desktop) and browser;
• your IP address, and from it an estimate of your city and region and the organization or internet service provider the address is registered to; and
• a random identifier stored in your browser. One identifier lasts for your visit (session storage); another is kept in your browser's local storage for up to one year so we can recognize the same browser when it returns. Neither identifier contains your name or contact details.

We use a third-party lookup service, IPinfo, to translate IP addresses into approximate location and organization. We do not attempt to identify an individual person from an IP address alone; we use this information to understand which areas and organizations visit our site.

How browsing activity may be linked to you

If you submit a form on this site, or click a link in an email we sent you (links in our emails carry an identifier tied to the email address we sent them to), we associate your browsing activity on this site, including earlier visits from the same browser, with your contact record in our customer system. This lets our team see what you were looking for so we can respond more helpfully. Only our authorized employees and contractors can see this information, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Cookies and third-party tools

In addition to our own analytics, this site uses:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, which set cookies and collect usage information under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Google Maps Platform, to display our Google Business Profile rating and review count. This does not collect information about you.
• Amazon Web Services, which hosts this site and our systems.

Your choices

You can clear or block the identifiers and cookies described above at any time through your browser's settings (clearing "site data" or "cookies and other site data" for ccofficefurniture.com removes the identifiers we store). If you do, the site still works, but we will treat your next visit as a new browser. Every automated marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. How we share information

How long we keep information

We keep website analytics records and contact information for as long as we need them for the purposes described above, and as required by law.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential have access to it.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
