What we did

Singleton Construction has been a long-time client of Capital Choice. They have furnished many of their various locations and enjoy their continuing partnership. Singleton Construction is a certified woman-owned and family operated business that prides itself on breaking the traditional mold of the construction industry. Their culture sets them apart, as they place great emphasis on the quality of their people and the people they choose to work with. Because of their strong values and principles, they were outgrowing their space.

Located in the picturesque rolling hills of rural Ohio, surrounded by cornfields, forests, and streams, stands the home office of Singleton Construction. Previously occupied in a beautiful hand-crafted custom house, they were eager to stay close to their roots and maintain the same scenery but required a space that was more functional. The decision to erect a new building just a short walk from their current abode proved the best solution. They now have a central open area with 42 cubicles for their operations team, 4 conference rooms, 3 private offices, specialty offices for estimating and accounting, 2 personal hotel rooms, and a spacious kitchen. Capital Choice was able to save them money by utilizing some of their existing furniture in the new space, while also providing a modern, efficient office space with plenty of room for growth.
